Boissy (St. Etienne) Pinfire Pistol, CAL: appx 10mm (10.65 Micrometer Reading), MFG: 1869-97, SN: 42, Break Action Pinfire Double Barrel Pistol, 6 7/8'' barrels. The top of the left barrel is marked with the St. Etienne proofhouse mark. The water table is stamped ''BOISSY'' in a circle & the underside of the break lever & the frame displays the number (42). The frame & break lever display a simple floral scroll pattern. The carved ebony wood grip is good, with numerous small contusions & dings, with a small 1/2'' indentation on the left grip. The grip is capped with a knobbed metal plate. The The silver tone metal has lots of spotting & pitting. The upper tang has a small crack at the screw. Bores are good, with patches of roughness. Spur triggers protrude from the bottom frame only when the hammers are fully cocked, otherwise they sit flush with the frame. Single front bead splits the barrels. An early French pinfire pistol. Antique, No FFL Req. - Value: 300 to 900

A.) If you signed up and asked us to bill your credit card & ship all items ASAP then that is what we will do. No further notice will be sent.
