SPECIAL ORDER Winchester Model 1894, TAKE-DOWN, CAL: marked 30 WCF, MFG: 1900, SN: 89014, Lever Action Rifle, 26'' 1/2 Octagon / 1/2 round barrel, 1/2 mag. This rifle has several special order features as specified & confirmed in the accompanying Cody Winchester Factory Records Letter. Barrel & mag, take-down feature & shotgun butt. The straight grip wood stocks are excellent & solid. They may have been cleaned or even lightly sanded in the past & re-oiled. The stock has darkened some & there are very few tiny handling marks or contusions. The metal blue finish on the barrel rates 90%, 85% on mag tube. The receiver retains about 20% of the original blue, the rest worn to a thin brown patina. The case-hardened lever & hammer has remains of muted case-colors in protected areas. Bore is very good. Rifle fitted with upgraded Lyman flip-up tang sight, ''Flattop Sporting'' adjustable rear sight & ''Hunting'' half moon blade front sight, with ivory bead. Buttstock holds a widow's peak smooth metal shotgun buttplate. An excellent special order rifle, with several collectible features.* FFL or C&R - Value: 4000 to 6000
