BOXED, Weatherby Vanguard, CAL: 300 WBY MAG, MFG: Modern, SN: VS145989, Bolt Action Rifle, 24'' barrel. The SN matching box label lists this rifle is a ''CUSTOM'' order rifle. The gun was part of a Rocky Mountain Elk Federation fundraising event. The Monte Carlo style, raised cheek & flat pistol grip composite stock is excellent. It has a matte tan gel coat finish, with green, brown & black spider-web accents. The metal blue finish rates 99%+ overall. Bore is excellent, basically mint. The receiver is factory tapped & drilled for the mounting of a scope, with (4) screw filled holes. No open sight provisions. Buttstock carries a solid black rubber recoil pad. Sling studs, with swivels. Comes in original box, with factory target test, owners manual, lock & key. A sharp looking custom Weatherby hunting rifle, basically NIB. FFL Req. - Value: 800 to 1500
