International Harvester, Model M1 Garand, CAL: 30-06, MFG: 1953, S/N: 4565675, Semi-Auto Rifle, 24'' round barrel. The semi-pistol grip wood stock is very good, with added finish, contusions, scrapes, nicks & dings. The left side of the stock displays a cartouche resembling ''The Great Seal of the United States'', worn thin. The inside pistol grip has a circled ''P'' cartouche. The barrel & receiver finish rates 95% with some light scratches & wear. The back of receiver is marked, ''U.S. RIFLE'', ''CAL. .30M1'', ''INTERNATIONAL, HARVESTER, S/N''. The bolt is marked ''6528287-SA'', ''A16''. The barrel is marked, ''LMR D6535448 1 54 A28 P M''. Bore is very good, displaying light wear. The barrel holds a blade front sight, with protective wings & a windage/elevation adjustable aperture rear sight. Buttstock carries a military style, checkered metal trapdoor buttplate. Sling & stacking loops. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 1200 to 2400
