I.B.M, M1 Carbine, CAL: .30 Carbine, MFG: 1943-44, S/N: 3743814, Semi-Auto Rifle, 18'' Round Barrel. The flat pistol grip wood stock is excellent, as nicely refinished, displaying small handling marks, contusions & light scratches. Faint cartouche on right side of stock that is no longer legible. The military parkerized finish on the receiver & barrel rates 90%, displaying light scratches & scrapes. The back of the receiver is marked, ''I.B.M. CORP, SN'' & the top of receiver on the front is marked, ''U.S.CARBINE'', ''CAL. 30M1''. The bottom of trigger guard marked, ''O''. The barrel band is marked, ''O'' in diamond & the top end of barrel marked, ''I.B.M CORP.'', ''11 43'' over ''Flaming Bomb''. Bore is very good, bright & shiny amongst thinned rifling. The barrel holds a blade front sight, with protective wings & the rear sight is a windage/elevation adjustable aperture sight, with graduations from 1 to 3. The buttstock carries a checkered military style buttplate. Comes with sling, oiler bottle, 15 Rd. mag marked ''UU'' & an additional 5 Rd. mag. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 1200 to 2400
