Fabrica De Armas Oviedo, Model 1893 Carbine Sporterized, CAL: 7mm Mauser, MFG: 1904, S/N: PAC327, Bolt Action Rifle, 17'' Round Barrel. The sporterized, straight wrist wood stock is very good, displaying scratches, dings & wear from age & use. appears to have been sanded & refinished. The lower sling bar hole has been plugged. The metal finish rates 80% overall with spots of wear & patina, barrel has spots of cleaned pitting. The top of receiver is marked, ''FABRICA DE ARMAS'',''Spanish Crown'', ''OVIEDO'', ''1904''. The left side of receiver is marked with S/N, bolt is marked ''219''. Bore is good, dark & rough, with proud rifling. The barrel hols a blade front sight & V-notch ladder rear sight marked 4 to 18. Buttstock carries a military style buttplate. Front & rear sling mounts. FFL or C&R Req - Value: 100 to 300
