Banc d'epreuves des armes a feu de liege (Belgium). Model: LeFancheux. CAL: 11mm Pinfire. MFG: 1850's. S/N: 328. Double action. 4 3/4'' Octagon Barrel. The wood grips are very good, with ding, scratches & wear from age & use. They appear to carry an old refinish. The metal finish is a spotty gray & brown patina, light surface rust. Right side of frame marked with S/N, cylinder marked with ''E L G'' star, in oval proof marks, ''S'', right side of barrel marked, ''S''. Bore is fair wit spots of deep pitting, barrel was originally smooth bore or has been worn smooth with no remints of rifling left. Front bead. Has Military lanyard loop.
