Harrington & Richardson. Model: Victor 1 1/2. CAL: .22. MFG 1913. S/N: 149. Single action. 2 3/8'' octagon barrel. The wood grips are very good with light wear. The metal Nickeled finish rates 85% with wear & brown patina. Top of frame is marked, ''VICTOR 1 1/2''. Bore is very good, bright with some roughness. Front blade sight, rear groove sight. Action appears solid but cylinder does not lock. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 100 to 300
