The walrus bone grips from early Hunting are excellent, with beautiful tones, depth & texture. The original metal blue finish rates 99%+ overall. Bore is excellent & bright. The slide holds a small blade front sight & fixed square notch rear sight. Comes with the original Colt take-off grips & owners manual, in an original sporting good store box. That box comes inside an oak & glass display case. A beautiful Colt 1911 in high collector's condition. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 1000 to 2500
