WONDERFUL Charleston Mini Gun Works, Set of two pinfire minitures, The Model 'B'' rifle & Model ''BX'' pistol. Charleston Mini Gun Works out of Chaleston SC, was owned & operated by a man of many trades - professional engineer/patent attorney/inventor/street rodder/gun collector -& miniature Pinfire pistol & rifle designer, Ron Phillips. Ron has now passed, but he was recognized amongst his peers in the Miniture Arms Society (MAS) for his innovative designs & craftsmanship in making limited editions miniatures of several types. The type offered in this auction are two of his most popular 2mm pinfire firearms. The set includes a Blunderbuss Rifle & a companion Blunderbuss Pistol, which can fire both blanks & actual bullets. The barrels are machined from chrome-moly steel & the frames are machined brass. Ron was known for using antique woods to add greater authenticity to his creations. They each come with a ram rod, which aides in cartridge extration. They also come with a model name placard, a leather sheath & 3 blank pinfire rounds each contained in a single small glass bottle, with cork. Overall length of the rifle is 5 1/4'', 3 1/2'' on the pistol. Ron's designs are no longer being produced & are long since sold out. A.) If you signed up and asked us to bill your credit card & ship all items ASAP then that is what we will do. No further notice will be sent.
