OUTSTANDING Winchester Model 94 Texas Sesquicentennial Rifle & Bowie Knife Cased Set , marked .38-55 WIN Cal., MFG. 1986, SN: TSR0239, Lever Action Rifle, 24'' Round barrel, Full mag. This is a fantastic Winchester collectible set celebrating the 150 yr anniversary, 1836-1986, of Texas being a state. Limited Edition, 1 of 1500. The original deluxe & checkered wood stocks are excellent, displaying fantastic grain. The high gloss original finish is also excellent, with virtually no handling marks. The original factory high luster blue finish rates 100%. The receiver, barrel & lever all carry wonderful gold embellishments. Bore is mint. Barrel fitted with the original front & rear sights. Crescent metal buttplate. Comes with a 14.5'' Bowie Knife, which is fitted with wonderful stag grips & also carries similar Winchester, Western, & Texas themed gold embellishments on each side of the blade. Rifle & knife come stored in the original hardwood display case. Case is fantastic both in quality & condition. This is a very fine collectible set. FFL Req. - Value: 2000 to 4000
