WONDERFUL Winchester, Model 1886 Deluxe, CAL: 45-90 WCF, MFG: 1892 (Antique), SN: 64010, Lever Action Rifle, 26'' Octagon barrel, Full mag. Special Order Rifle. Mounted with fantastic, center crotch, rippled grain American walnut with ''H'' style checkered forearm, serpentine pistol grip stock with a black triangle inlay & a Winchester hard rubber, widow's peak, shotgun style buttplate. The stocks are excellent, with a majority of the original finish remaining & a few small contusions, scuffs & handling marks. The original metal blue finish on the barrel rates 97%, 95% on the mag, with areas of thinning starting to tone to a brown patina. The receiver, lever, hammer, & forend cap are all case-hardened, displaying beautiful case-colors. The sliding bolt retains a full 95% of the original bright blue colors. The sliding bolt retains 97% of its original bright blue. The receiver is fitted with a Lyman adjustable flip-up tang sight, while the barrel carries an original adjustable rear & blade front sights. Bore is excellent, with a couple of spots of roughness. This Special Order deluxe rifle is in excellent high condition & a very collectible case-colored 1886.* Antique, No FFL Req. - Value: 20000 to 30000
