Winchester, Model 1895 SRC, CAL: 30 Gov 06, MFG: 1922, SN: 413205, Lever Action Rifle, 22'' barrel. The original straight grip wood stock & finger groove forend are very good, displaying minor contusions & dings, after having been sanded & refinished. The belly of the stock has a pill shaped ebony colored inlay where the sling provision once resided. The metal blue finish has worn mostly gun metal gray, with a thin layer of added cold blue patina. Saddle ring. Bore is good, but dark, with some roughness amongst rifling. The receiver holds a climbing Lyman 21 aperture sight. The barrel is tapped, with screw filled holes for a rear sight & a elevated blade front sight. Stock carries a ventilated recoil pad. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 600 to 1200
