J. Stevens Arms & Tool Co., Model ''Crack-Shot'', CAL: 22 LR, MFG: 1900-13, SN: N473, Breech Loading Rolling Block Rifle, 20'' step-down barrel. The refinished straight grip wood stock & forend are very good. The wood has a 1'' repaired crack on the top of the wrist emanating from the upper tang, along with minor contusions, scrapes & dings. The metal blue finish has toned to a mix of remaining blue & areas of thinning or loss toning to a brown patina, with spotting & speckling. Bore is fair, dark & rough. The barrel holds a fixed notch rear sight & blade front sight. Stock carries a checkered plastic buttplate, which is a bit oversized. Take down screw with loop.. Hammer falls easily from a hair trigger & occasionally fires without fully setting & pulling the trigger. Needs to be inspected by gunsmith before use & is therefore being sold as is with no returns. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 80 to 200
