Parker Bros, Model PH or Grade 1, CAL: 16 GA, MFG: 1921, SN: 193388, Break Action SxS Shotgun, 28'' barrels. The original checkered capped pistol grip wood stocks are excellent, displaying minor scratches, scrapes & contusions. The stock appears to carry the original finish, while the forend carries the same original finish, with added thin layer of finish. The metal blue finish on the barrels rates 85% overall, with a couple of small contusions to the bottom of the right barrel, mid barrel, & other minor blemishes. The case-hardened receiver, retains faded outlines of case-colors, with more colors remaining in protected areas. The receiver, trigger guard, break lever & forend metal components all display simple scroll work & ornamental border engravings. #1 stamped on barrel lug. Bores are very good & bright, with visible striations from honest use. The solid matted rib holds a single front bead. Stock carries an original checkered/ dog's head Parker buttplate. A very nice example that present well. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 1000 to 2000
