Browning (Belgium), Model A5, CAL: 12GA, MFG: 1948, SN: 263723, Semi Auto Shotgun, Choke: Full, 29 1/2'' barrel. The checkered round knob wood stock is excellent, appearing to carry the original finish. The forend has been crudely altered or reshaped along the area of the finger grove & has been refinished, along with having contusions, scrapes & dings. The metal blue finish rates 80% overall, with spotty areas of wear. The receiver, upper/lower tang & trigger guard display simple scroll, vine & border engravings. Bore is excellent. The solid rib holds a single front bead. The buttstock carries the original FN buttplate. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 300 to 600
