Iver Johnson, Model ''Champion'', CAL: .44 SHOT, MFG: 1911-15, SN: 7831, Break Action Single Shot Shotgun, 26'' barrel. The refinished round knob pistol grip wood stock appears very good & solid, despite a glued tight large repair at the wrist, along with other small contusions, scrapes & dings. The metal finish on the barrel has worn to gun metal gray & having a thin brown patina. The receiver is case-hardened, displaying remnants of case-coloring. Bore is good, with spotting & light pitting near the breech end. The barrel carries a single front bead. Buttstock carries a I.J. grooved black plastic buttplate. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 100 to 300
