F. Desek, CZ Duo Pistol, 6.35 (.25) Cal., MFG. 1943, SN: 66745, 2'' Barrel, Hammerless single action semi-auto pistol, with detachable magazine. Designed by F. Dusek, but based off of John M. Browning's 1905 pocket pistol. Made in the CZ factory under German management in the WWII era. The original basket woven patterned black plastic grip panels are embossed with ''DUO'' & show almost no wear. The original metal blue finish rates approximately 85%+, with loss due to light scratches & wear at the edges. Grooved sight line. Magazine release at bottom of grips. Left side of slide stamped ''AUTOMAT. PISTOLE ''DUO'' CAL.6.35 / F. DUSEK, OPPTSCHNO''. Slide also stamped with the Prague proof house firing proof & is dated 43. The proof mark is also on the barrel at the ejection port. Comes with one magazine. Bore is excellent. A high quality European pocket pistol. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 300 to 600
