Browning, Model BBR, CAL: 270 WIN, MFG: 1984, SN: 05211PW117, Bolt Action Rifle, 22'' Tapered barrel. The BBR rifle were produced just seven years from 1978 to 84, with this rifle being produced the final year of production. The original checkered, cheeked & flat pistol grip Monte Carlo wood stock is excellent, with attractive rippled grain. It also features rosewood forend tip & pistol grip cap. There are several minor rubs, contusions or scrapes to the factory high gloss finish. The orginal high polish metal blue finish rates 97% overall. Bore is excellent. The receiver carries a Leupold 3.5x10 scope on Browning block & rings, with no open sight provisions on barrel. Factory sling provisions, without the loops. Stock carries a Browning buttplate.
