Remington Model 700 Custom, CAL: Marked .280 REM (also known as 7mm-06 Rem & 7mm Express Rem), MFG: Modern, SN: 148386, Bolt Action Rifle, 26'' barrel. The rifle has been fitted with a custom cheeked & flat pistol grip Monte Carlo wood stock, with rosewood accents at the forend tip, pistol grip cap & an inlaid rosewood diamond in the belly of the forend. There is a small nick at the edge of the pistol grip & a few other minor handling marks to the high gloss finish. The original metal blue finish rates 98% overall. The bore is excellent. The receiver holds a Nikon 3-9x40 scope mounted on Redfield blocks & hand scroll engraved scope rings. The barrel carries no provision for open sights. Sling studs. Stock carries a Pachmayr ventilated recoil pad. A quality & sharp looking custom rifle. FFL Req. - Value: 600 to 1000
