Savage, Model 340 B, CAL: 222 Rem, MFG: 1950's, SN: None, Bolt Action Rifle, 24'' barrel. The original flat pistol grip wood stock is excellent, with a few minor scuffs, scrapes & dings to the original finish. The metal blue finish rates 90% overall, with light spotting & pitting. Bore is very good. The receiver was previously fitted with a receiver sight & a scope mount, & therefore has both screw filled holes & open holes on the receiver. The barrel a fitted with a ''DOCKENDORFF'' wheel adjusting rear sight & a front ramp blade sight. Buttstock carries the original grooved plastic buttplate. The detachable mag is marked ''CAL 222 REM'' on the bottom. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 300 to 600
