Harrington & Richardson, Model 1871, CAL:38-55 WIN, MFG: Modern, SN: 226210, Break Action Rifle, 28'' round barrel. The original checkered & straight grip wood stocks are excellent, displaying a few minor handling marks or scuffs to the excellent factory finish. The original metal blue finish on the barrel rates 98%, while the receiver displays fading case-colors. The back of the barrel over the receiver is fitted with an adjustable aperture sight & silhouette front globe sight. Bore is excellent. The buttstock carries a crescent metal buttplate.
