Remington, Model 12B, Gallery Special (Nickeled), .22 SHORT, MFG. 1909-36, SN:204368, Pump Rifle, Take-down, 24'' Octagon barrel. This rifle has been professionally & nicely restored. The original flat pistol grip wood stocks are excellent, with virtually no handling marks to the refinish. The metal blue refinish on barrel & mag rates 99%, with some light thinning to a few edges of the stampings. The receiver & buttplate carry bright re-nickeled finish, with some flaking to the buttplate. Barrel carries standard front & rear sights. Bore is good, but dark due to the reblue & with strong rifling amongst roughness & some pitting. Crescent metal buttplate. A fairly rare ''Gallery Special'' rifle, with an excellent appearance.
