Winchester Model 68, 22 SHORT- LONG AND LONG RIFLE, MFG: 1934-46, SN: NONE, Bolt Action Single Shot Rifle, 27'' Round tapered barrel. Original flat pistol grip wood stock is excellent, with several tiny scrapes, scratches & contusions. The rifle appears to carry the original finish beneath a thin added layer of finish. Factory metal blue finish has worn & thinned to 30% overall, with worn areas toning to a brown patina. Trigger guard carries a thin brown patina. Bore is very good. Barrel is fitted with a wheel adjusting rear sight, with aperture disc & a small blade front sight. Stock carries Winchester black checkered buttplate. Nickeled bolt handle. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 200 to 400
