Colt, SAA Frontier Six Shooter, CAL: 44-40, MFG: 1919, SN: 337911, Single Action Revolver, 7 1/2'' barrel. The Rampant Colt checkered hard rubber grips are excellent. There are minor handling marks & the checkering is beginning to wear smooth in a couple spots on the right grip. The metal blue finish on the barrel has full coverage, but has toned gray. The metal blue finish on cylinder & ejector rod housing rates 85%. There is a small area on the cylinder that's worn to metal gray, with cleaned pitting. The case-hardened frame retains excellent case-colors, with a thin aged patina coverage & minor spotting around the edges of the frame. Bore is excellent & bright. U-notch rear sight & blade front sight. Comes with a unmarked leather holster & Hunter ammo belt. A very nice example of an original Colt SAA.* FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 5000 to 8000
