Smith & Wesson, Model 1 1/2 New Model, CAL: .32 RF LONG, MFG: 1868-75, SN: 76227, Single Action Tip-Up Revolver, 3 1/2'' barrel. The authentic ivory grips are very good, with nice figure & color. There is a small surface crack on the bottom of the right grip & a couple very minor grain cracks on the left grip around the screw hole. The original nickel finish rates 95% overall. There are some areas of flaking on the rod below the barrel, spot flaking on the cylinder & around the hinge screw. Bore is good, with consistent intermittent pitting amongst defined rifling. Small notch rear sight & small blade front sight. The barrel & cylinder have a small amount of play. Overall, a very nice example of a pistol that's approximately 150 years old. Antique, No FFL Req. - Value: 600 to 1200
