CASED, Colt Single Action Army, Battle of San Jacinto Special Edition, CAL: 45 COLT, MFG: 1978, SN: SA04589, Single Action Revolver, 7 1/2'' barrel. The walnut grips are mint. The nickel finish rates 99% overall. The left side of the barrel is marked in two lines ''THE BATTLE OF SAN JANCINTO'', ''APRIL 21, 1836'', ahead of ''COLT SINGLE ACTION ARMY 45'', ''45 OF 200''. The right side of the barrel is marked in a single line ''REMEMBER THE ALAMO - REMEMBER GOLIAD''. The cylinder has an engraved scene of Sam Houston & Santa Ana on horseback in village setting. Both sides of the frame display small battle scenes. The backstrap displays an image of the San Jacinto Monument. Comes in presentation walnut case, with commemorative plaque on the lid & red velvet interior. #45 of 200, to commemorate the Battle of San Jacinto on April 21, 1836, the final major battle of the Texas Revolution.
