RARE Marlin, Model 1894 Cowboy Carbine, CAL: .41 Mag, MFG: Modern, SN: CCL00796, Lever Action Rifle, 20'' Octagon barrel, Full mag. This was a special limited edition run of 1001 carbines produced in this caliber for Davidsons. The original smooth grip wood stocks are excellent, with a few small scratches or contusions to the original finish. The original metal blue finish rates 97% overall. The barrel carries an adjustable rear & tall blade front sights. Bore is excellent, with strong rifling. Stock carries the original Marlin checkered plastic buttplate. Factory trademark bullseye in belly of the stock. An excellent & rare little short rifle. FFL Req. - Value: 1000 to 2000
