L.C. Smith, Quality F, CAL: 10GA, MFG: 1885, SN: 11693, Break Action SxS Shotgun, 32'' Stub Twist barrels. The side plates are marked ''L.C. SMITH''. The rib is marked ''L.C SMITH MAKER'', ''SYRACUSE N.Y STUB TWIST''. The original checkered round knob wood stock & forend are fair. The checkering is worn almost completely smooth & there are multiple edge chips, grain cracks & sizeable dings amongst other contusions, nicks, scratches & scrapes. The browned finish on the barrels is a mix of original finish, metal gray & spotting toned to a brown patina. The frame, side plates, hammers & trigger guard have all worn to metal gray, with spotting toned to a brown patina. Bores are fair, dark & rough, with intermittent pitting. Flatened brass bead front sight. Worn LC smith buttplate. Action/break lever is loose. Lever freely swings to the side. LOP: 13 3/8''. Antique, No FFL Req. - Value: 200 to 400
