Deutsche Waffen-Und Munitionsfabriken (DWM), Model: M1909 Argentino Mauser, Cal: .30-06, MFG: 1911, S/N, M8210, Bolt action rifle, 24'' barrel. The aftermarket, semi-pistol grip, cheeked Montecarlo stock is excellent with minor scuffs & wear. The barrel has been re-blued & rates 95% with scattered light patina & roughness/cleaned pitting under the new finish. The receiver is correctly left in the white. The receiver bridge has a few small spots of patina. spots of light rust/patina throughout the smaller parts of the rifle. The left side of the receiver is marked ''MAUSER MODELO'', ''ARGENTINO 1909'', ''DEUTSCHE WAFFEN-UND'', ''MUNITIONSABRIKEN.BERLIN''. The top of receiver is marked with the Argentina coat of arms. The right side of the receiver is marked with the S/N & an inspector mark. The left side of the barrel is marked ''CAL.30-06''. The top of the barrels is marked with another inspectors mark, & the right side is marked with the S/N. the bore is good. has roughness & thinned rifling. The barrel holds a barleycorn front sight with a checkered base. The rear sight is a tangent V-notch marked 3 to 20. The stock carries a plastic buttplate. The Rifle has no sling mounts. This rifle has been re-chambered & as such should be inspected by a licensed gunsmith before firing. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 200 to 400
