Marlin, Model 81, .22 S, L, LR Cal., MFG. 1937-39, SN: NONE, Bolt Action Rifle, 24'' Round barrel, Full mag tube, The original flat pistol grip wood stock is very good, with small scrapes, contusions & scratches to the original thinning finish. The original metal blue finish has worn mostly gun metal gray on the barrel & receiver, with a thin brown patina. The blue on the mag tube rates 60%. Bore is very good & bright. Original buttplate. The barrel carries an adjustable rear sight & a front blade sight. Trademark bullseye in stock. FFL or C&R Req - Value: 150 to 250
