S&W, Model 1500, CAL: 270 WCF, MFG: 1982-84, SN: PN07183, Bolt Action Rifle, 22'' barrel. The original cheeked, skip-line checkered & capped pistol grip Monte Carlo style wood stock is excellent, with very few tiny handling marks to the original finish. The wood grain pattern & checkering are both excellent. S&W logo on the pistol grip cap. The metal blue finish rates 98% overall, with a small area of slight discoloration on the barrel 6'' from muzzle. Long action version. Bore is excellent. Jeweled bolt. The receiver carries a Lyman 3-9 scope, while the barrel carries no open sight provisions. Sling studs. Stock carries a Decelerator solid rubber recoil pad. Overall original condition is excellent.
