Springfield Armory, SOCOM 16 (M1A), CAL: 308 WIN, MFG: Modern. SN: 502212, Semi Auto Rifle, 17 1/2'' Barrel. The factory multicolor synthetic stock with checkered grip & forend is in excellent condition, solid with minimal wear. The parkerized finish on the gun is excellent with minimal wear. Bore is excellent, bright with strong rifling. Mechanically solid, seems to function well. The top of the frame holds a windage & elevation adjustable rear peep sight. A fixed front sight with protective wings is set in a dovetail cut on top of the barrel. Comes in a correct factory soft case with one magazine, a lock, an owners manual & other related paperwork.
