Winchester, Model 90 3rd Variation, .22 WRF Cal., MFG. 1913, SN: 555602, Pump Action Rifle, Rare 23'' Round barrel, The original wood stocks are fair & solid, but there are two cracks at the wrist at each the upper & lower tangs. The stock has five screws in the wrist to stabilize the stock. There are numerous scrapes, scratches & contusions to the stock & most of the original finish has worn. The metal finish on the barrel is a mix of remaining blue & a brown patina. The finish on the receiver & mag tube are a brown patina. The bore is excellent. The barrel carries a Marble's adjustable rear & a Marble's No. 6 blade front sight. The barrel has four screw filled holes on the left side of the barrel where a scope mount once resided. The back tang screw that holds on the stock is a replacement, Crescent metal buttplate. Tight smooth action. Not pretty, but with an excellent bore, this with make a great shooter.
