Winchester, Model 52-C Target Rifle, CAL: 22 LR, MFG: 1957, SN: 81923C, Bolt Action Rifle, 27 5/8'' Target Heavy Weight barrel. .875 in diameter at the muzzle. The original flat pistol grip & wide base forend wood stock is excellent, with light scrapes & scratches to the original finish. The palm rest recess behind the pistol grip on the right side appears to have been custom done, but was done very well & matches the surrounding finish. The original metal blue refinish rates 95% overall, with the receiver toning plum & with additional wear on the trigger guard. Bore is excellent. The rifle is fitted with a Tasco 20X40 scope, with steel caps & sunshade. The receiver carries a empty sight base, but no adjustable sight piece. The barrel holds the factory scope blocks. Buttstock carries a grooved, slide height adjusting metal buttplate. Sling loop on stock. Rail in forend for accessory attachment. 10 round Winchester stamped detachable mag. Comes in a custom made range carry case, with mounted cleaning rod & a National Rifle Association 1973 Winter League patch. It also comes with a vintage 10-X large leather shooting glove, a M.H. Candar wood palm rest attachment & leather strap/sling attached with a palm stop. Also comes with an Oregon State Rifle & Pistol Association registration form for the 1975 Oregon State Gallery Championships. An excellent condition & a well accessorized scoped 52-C target rifle.
