Ithaca, Lewis Model , CAL: 16GA, MFG: 1905, SN: 119003, Hammerless Break Action SxS, Choke: Full/Mod, 28'' barrels. The original checkered, capped pistol grip stocks are very good & solid. There are a couple small edge cracks, along with scratches, scrapes, gouges & dings. The original finish has had some sort of heat or water damage as its lifting from the wood's surface & there have been protective oils added over time. The fingerprint pattern on the Damascus barrels is prominent, but the browned finish has faded, with areas worn to metal gray. The case-hardened receiver has remnants of case-colors in protected areas, but has mostly worn to metal gray & toned to a brown patina. Bores are good, with consistent roughness & intermittent pitting. The solid matted rib holds a single front bead. Stock has a Ithaca Gun Co. factory buttplate. Double triggers. The rear trigger is a bit sticky & only fires occasionally. We recommend this gun be inspected by a licensed gunsmith before use. SOLD AS IS NO RETURNS. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 200 to 400
