Loyola, Hammerless Shotgun, CAL: 12GA. MFG: circa 1960's-70's, SN: 48394, Break Action SxS, Choke: Full/Mod, 3'' Chamber. The original checkered, capped pistol grip stock & beavertail forend are excellent, having been refinished at one time. There are contusions, dings, scratches & scrapes to the applied finish. Inlaid gold oval inscription plate in the belly. The cap on the pistol grip is oversized. The blued finish on the barrels rates 40%, with areas toned to a brown patina & worn to metal gray. The case-hardened receiver displays visible, but faded case-colors. A good portion has worn to metal gray & toned to a brown patina. The receiver, break lever, trigger guard & barrel ends all display simple decorative engravings. Bores are excellent, with some light visible striations from use. The vent rib holds a single bead. Stock appears to have the original buttplate under an added Pachmayr ventilated recoil pad. Double triggers. FFL Req. - Value: 150 to 300
