Colt, New Service, CAL: 45 Long Colt, MFG: 1900, SN: 3238, DA/SA Revolver, 5 3/8'' Barrel. The checkered plastic grips with Colt logos are in excellent condition with minimal wear. The metal holds a non-factory blued finish. The finish rates approximately 95% with some speckled patina & thinning in high wear areas. The barrel has a standard one line patent stamp on the right side & ''NEW SERVICE 45 COLT'' roll stamped on the other side. Bore is excellent, bright with strong rifling. Mechanically solid, seems to function well. A fixed aftermarket sight with a red insert is pinned to the barrel, a windage & elevation adjustable rear sight with a white square notch is screwed to the top of the frame.
