Remington, Model 742 Woodsmaster, 30-06 SPRG. Cal., MFG. 1966, SN: A7167166, Semi-Auto Rifle, 22'' round barrel, The factory checkered & capped pistol grip wood stocks are excellent, solid & original. They carry nearly all of the factory finish, but there are a few minor scuff, handling marks & contusions. The stock has been shortened, with a 12'' LOP over pad. The factory metal blue finish is 95% overall, with most of the wear loss at the belly in front of magazine. Ramp slide adjusting rear sight & ramped brass blade front sight. There are four open holes on the top of the receiver from previous scope mounting. Bore is excellent. Stock carries a Pachmayr ventilated kickpad. Sling swivels. Comes with an extra mag & a scope block. A very nice semi- auto hunting rifle. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 300 to 600
