Richmand Arms, Double Hammer, CAL: 12 GA, MFG: 1890's, SN: 6397, Break Action Hammer SxS Shotgun, Choke: MOD/MOD, 30 1/4'' barrel, with ''Belgian Laminated Steel'' inscribed on the solid rib. The checkered & round knob pistol grip wood stocks are good & solid, having been sanded & refinished. The checkering on the forend is gone & there is some added filler on the right side of wrist above trigger, as well as some scratches remaining. The metal finish on the barrels & receiver is a spotty uneven mix of blue & brown added finish. Serial number on the barrel is ''5403'', while the water table is ''6397''. Bores are good. The solid, matted rib holds a single front bead. Buttstock carries the original metal buttplate. The head of the screw holding on the left hammer is broken off & the right hammer is held on with a brass nut. Break lever holds barrels, but has lost its spring. LOP: 14 1/4''.
