C.S Shattuck, American, CAL: 12GA, MFG: 1895, SN: 638, Triggered Break Action Single Shot Shotgun, 34'' barrel. The round knob pistol grip wood stock & small forend are good. There are multiple cracks at the wrist, along with a couple edge chips & other contusions, scrapes & dings. The twisted steel pattern on the barrel is prominent, toned to a brown patina, with metal grey undertones & the receiver has worn to metal grey, toned to a brown patina. Bore is good, with consistent roughness & light pitting. The barrel holds a single front bead. Smooth metal buttplate. Antique, No FFL Req. - Value: 100 to 300
