Remington, Model: 1903, Cal: 30-06, MFG:1941. S/N: 3305729. Bolt Action Rifle. 24'' Round Barrel. The straight wrist wooden stock is very good, with scratches, dings, dents, chips & wear from use/age, 4'' tight hairline crack on top of stock emanating from upper tang, 2'' tight hairline crack on bottom of stock emanating from trigger guard, left side of stock above trigger is marked with us army ordnance crest & ''FJA'', ''P'' in circle & ''7'' marked into bottom of wrist of stock, flaming bomb stamped into bottom of stock behind rear sling swivel, bottom of stock in front of magazine is marked, ''5'' in circle, ''13'' in circle, ''5'' in square & ''11'' in square, cartouches. The metal finish rates 90% overall. Front top of receiver is marked, ''U.S.'', ''REMINGTON'', ''MODEL 1903'', S/N, Top end of barrel is marked, ''R A'', flaming bomb, ''7-42'', rear barrel band is marked ''U''. Bore is very good, bright with light roughness. Hooded blade, windage & elevation adjustable U notch ladder rear sight, marked 4 to 27 on top. Military buttplate, with trapdoor. Bottom sling swivels & stacking swivel, comes with period correct leather sling. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 700 to 1400
