RARE CASED, Colt, Model KING COBRA, CAL: 357 MAGNUM, MFG: 1989, SN:C5904K, Double Action Revolver, 6''' barrel. First introduced in 1986, the Colt King Cobra is a medium ''V'' frame double-action revolver made of very hi-grade carbon steel & featuring a six round cylinder. The mirror bright stainless finish in both 4'' & 6'' lengths were offered from 1988-1992. It was marketed to both aw enforcement agencies & civilian firearms enthusiasts. Two subsequent offerings of this model were later produced, however collectors gravitate to the early production models, which subsequently demand a higher collector value. The left side of barrel is stamped ''KING COBRA''.
The right side ''357 MAGNUM''. They came with Colt gold medallion Pachmayr black checkered rubber grips, with finger grooves. The grips on this example are excellent. The mirror bright stainless finish is excellent. Bore is excellent. The solid rib barrel holds a screw height adjusting ''U'' notch rear sight & front blade, with the serrated orang insert. This gun comes with original blue plastic case & instruction manual. Excellent overall & highly collectible. FFL Req. - Value: 2500 to 3500
