BOXED, Colt, Trooper MK III, CAL: .22 MAG, MFG: 1980, SN: Y23187, Double Action Revolver, 6'' barrel. The Colt Trooper MK III was introduced in 1969, in caliber 22LR, 22 WMR, 357 MAG or 38 SPL. This example is very desirable, chambered in .22WMR, which according to the Blue Book brings an additional 50% premium. The left side of barrel is stamped in two lines, ''TROOPER MK III .22 MAGNUM R.F''. The gold Colt medallion checkered rubber grips are excellent. The E-Nickel (Electric Nickel) finish is excellent. Bore is excellent. The frame holds a ''U'' notch rear sight & blade sight. This gun comes in the original SN matching box, with owners manual. Box has light shelf wear & the right end flap has seam splits & has been taped. FFL Req. - Value: 1200 to 2500
