RARE SEMI-DELUXE Winchester, Model 1890 2nd variation, .22 WRF Cal., MFG. 1907, SN: 326270, Pump Action Rifle, 24 3/8'' Octagon barrel. The original, semi-deluxe, non-checkered & capped pistol grip wood stocks are very good. The original finish is very good, thinning some at the handling points & with small scuffs, scratches & contusions. The refinished metal blue/black finish has 99% coverage, with a few spots toning to a plum/brown patina. The rifle is fitted with a Lyman tang sight, with large aperture disk. Barrel carries a wheel adjusting rear sight & a standard front sight. The bore is very good, but with spots of roughness amongst strong rifling. Crescent metal buttplate. Tight smooth action. A fairly rare non-checkered semi deluxe WRF rifle, nicely configured. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 1000 to 2000
