Winchester, Model 1890, Third Variation, CAL: 22 WRF, MFG: 1916, SN: 604805, Pump Action Rifle, 24'' Octagon barrel. This rifle has been upgraded with deluxe, checkered wood, with fantastic rippled & flame grain. There are a few minor finish level scratches, scrapes & contusions, however, the overall appearance is excllent. The original metal blue finish has thinned & developed a gray to brown patina which rates 50% on barrel, 75% on mag & 30% on receiver. Bore is good, but with pitting & roughness amongst strong rifling. The barrel holds an adjustable rear & small blade front sights. Buttstock carries a smooth crescent metal buttplate. Tight smooth action. A very nice upgraded WRF caliber rifle. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 600 to 1200
