RARE Winchester, Model 90, Third Variation, CAL: 22 LONG RIFLE, MFG: 1928, SN:792718, Pump Action Rifle, 24'' Octagon barrel. Only 10% of this model were produced in single caliber LONG RIFLE, which adds a 50% increase in value amongst collectors. The original straight grip wood stocks are excellent & solid, with minor scratches, scrapes & contusions to the original finish, which is thinning at the wrist & forend. The original metal blue finish rates 70% on barrel, 75% on the receiver & 30% on mag, with spotty areas of pitting. Bore is excellent. The barrel holds the original adjustable rear & small blade front sights. Buttstock carries a smooth crescent metal buttplate. Tight smooth action. A very nice, original, & fairly rare Long Rifle model 90. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 1500 to 2500
