Fabrique Nationale D'Armes, (FN Browning), Model ''Trombone'', CAL: 22 L, MFG: 1956-57, SN: 86906, Pump Action Rifle, 22'' round barrel. The original round pistol grip wood stocks are very good, with minor contusions & scratches, & one 2'' scrape on the right side of stock. The original finish has worn thin in areas & darkened in others. The original metal blue finish remains at 30% on the receiver, with the rest of the metal worn gun metal gray & having a thin brown patina. Bore is very good. Smooth metal buttplate. The barrel & receiver carry European proof stamps. The receiver carries a scope block, while the barrel carries a replaced adjustable rear & small blade front sights. The barrel was likely fitted with a suppressor in the past & remains threaded at the muzzle of the barrel. One of the forend screws is missing. Overall, still a good shootable example.
