Nagoya Arsenal, Model: Type 38 Carbine, CAL: 6.5x50mmSR, MFG: 1935-42, S/N: 93679, Bolt action rifle, 19 1/4'' Barrel. The semi pistol grip wood stock is very good with nicks, dings, dents, scratches, & wear from age/use. The metal finish rates 30% overall with gunmetal gray showing through thinned bluing, left side of receiver is marked with S/N & arsenal mark, top of receiver is marked with X'd out chrysanthemum & ''TYPE 38'' in Japanese. Bore is Good, bright with roughness & worn rifling at muzzle. Barleycorn front sight with protective ears, V-notch ladder rear sight marked 4 to 20, both rear & front sight have white paint on them. Metal buttplate with patina. Missing cleaning rod, comes with leather sling. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 250 to 500
