Spanish, Model: M1916, Cal: 7.62x51 CETME, MFG: 1916-51, Bolt action rifle, 22'' Barrel. SN: OT-4012, The straight wrist wood stock is very good with light nicks, dings, dents & wear from use/age. bottom of wrist of stock has a wooden dowel reinforcement. The metal finish rates 75% overall with spots of thinned bluing & rust speckling. Left side of receiver is marked with S/N, end of barrel has importer markings, S/N mismatched bolt. Bore is very good, bright with some roughness. Barleycorn front sight with protective wings, U-notch tangent rear sight marked 2 to 20. metal buttplate with rust & light wear. Side sling mounts, comes with cleaning rod. These rifles were re-arsenal' in the 50's and had all the markings on the rifle wiped, they were re-blued & rechambered to 7.62 CETME, which is the same dimensions of 7.62x51 Nato but is lower pressure, it is NOT recommended to shoot 7.61x51 Nato or .308 Win. Out of these rifles and it could damage or blow up the firearm. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 200 to 400
